• Cottage rates quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to HST tax, U.S. funds exchange is based on the daily bank rate.
• All rates subject to change
• Monthly rates are plus utilities
• Visa and Master Card accepted.
• Reservations essential.
  $100.00 fee will be applied to credit card on file (per person/night) over guest count established at check-in registration.
• Extended Stay Off Season Accommodation Option:  Please contact us for a customized rate should you require accommodation within easy commute of Metro Halifax exceeding one month.  We are an ideal location for business travellers or groups requiring extended stay accommodation in the area.

Policies

• In support of our younger guests in particular - especially those coping with allergies; please appreciate we cannot accommodate pets! Anyone visiting our guests & cottages will also be asked to oblige our no-pets policy.
• Guest count per cottage is defined at time of booking and re-confirmed upon arrival/ registration - we ask for the courtesy of our authorizing any deviation of maximum stipulated per bed per building; otherwise automatic fee of $100.00 per person, per night will apply.
• While we have ample parking for our guests and respective visitors, please appreciate we are unable to accommodate RV’s, trailers; nor camping/ tents. Meanwhile, we would be pleased to arrange for special event tents (at cost).
• Our concierge service includes replacement of propane for your BBQ and additional wood for your fireplace (free of charge).
• We would also be pleased to arrange restaurant reservations/ limousine services/ car rental, as well as various winery/ sight-seeing/ bicycle/ Kayak/ sailing/ and water tours; at your convenience - accepting most require a certain degree of advance notice.
• Upon departure - our cottage kitchens are particularly well equipped with significant supply of china/ cutlery, and a $25.00 fee will automatically apply to card on file for dishes left unclean.
• In support of your stay with us – a weekly cottage cleaning service is available upon request ($45.00) and includes changing linen, cleaning bathroom(s)/ fireplace, and vacuuming
• Libraries – each cottage has a library with considerable effort to maintain a depth and variety of novels – while we ask you to enjoy this feature please ensure all books remain upon your departure so following quests may enjoy same.
• Non-smoking charge ----our cottages are non smoking and a minimum fee of $100 will be charged for cleaning.
